Ingredients:

  • Cooking Oil
  • Butter
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Bay Leaf & Cinnamon
  • Garam Masala
  • Onion Garlic Masala or Red Chilli Powder
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Roasted Peanut Powder
  • Coriander & Mint Leaves
  • Chicken (Boned)
  • Finely Chopped Onion
  • Finely Chopped Tomato

Chicken Marination:

  1. In mixing bowl add Chicken, ½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder, 3 tsp Roasted Peanut Powder, ½ tsp Garam Masala, ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder or Onion Garlic Masala, ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  2. Add above all ingredients and mix it well. Keep aside this marination for 20 min.

Recipes Steps:

  1. Put a kadai on stove and let heat it.
  2. Add 3 tsp Butter & 4 tsp Cooking Oil.
  3. Now add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds. Let’s, fry well Cumin Seeds.
  4. Add marinated Chicken in the Kadai.
  5. Let’s, Cook the Chicken well for 3 min. After, 3 min turn the Chicken.
  6. Cook the Chicken until Nice & Soft.
  7. Remove the Cooked Chicken from Kadai.
  8. Add some more Cooking Oil in existing Kadai.
  9. Add Curry Leaves & 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  10. Now add Bay Leaf & Cinnamon.
  11. Add 1 bowl each finely chopped Onion & Tomato.
  12. Cook for 5 min.
  13. Add ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 tsp Onion Garlic Masala or Red Chilli Powder, 2 tsp Garam Masala & mix well.
  14. Cook for 3 min.
  15. Now add 6 tsp Roasted Peanut Powder & add some water.
  16. Cook for 3 to 4 min until oil separate form masala.
  17. Add Cooked Chicken.
  18. Now add glass of water & stir the curry.
  19. Add the 1 tsp Salt.
  20. Cook for 15 min.
  21. At last Add Coriander & Mint Leaves.
