The Coconut Chutney has a well-rounded flavour that goes well with most variants of Idlis , Dosas , Appe , be it plain, veggie-topped, or more exotic options like Rava Idli or Ragi Dosa. This Chutney is little different. You can have with Chapati or Roti. Please see the recipe and do in home and ENJOY.

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 Green chilli
  • 4 Green Tomato (Roughly Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 100 gm Roasted Peanut
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint and Coriander Leaves

Steps:

  1. In a pan add 1 tsp Oil, let heat the Oil.
  2. Now add Roughly Chopped Tomato and Green Chilli. Roast it well.
  3. Now in mortar and pestle add Roasted Tomato and Green Chilli, 1 tsp Garlic, Roasted Peanut, Salt to taste and start to grind it. Make rough paste like Chutney.
  4. At last add some Mint and Coriander Leaves finely chopped and mix it well.
  5. Now you can serve with chapatti or roti.
