Egg Biryani is a popular North Indian recipe made with basmati rice, spices and eggs. Biryani is a famous and healthy dish that can be served as lunch or dinner with raita and chutney. Try this easy-to-make biryani recipe at home.
14 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Garlic & Ginger
½ Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt (as per taste)
½ bowl Cashew Nuts
Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise
1 bowl Sliced Onion
1 bowl Chopped Tomato
1 bowl Chopped Onion
6 tsp Yogurt
1 bowl Coriander Leaves
1 bowl Mint Leaves
2 Big Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice
4 Boiled Eggs
Put cooker on stove and let heat it.
Add 4 tsp Oil.
Add 1 bowl Sliced Onion.
Fry this onion until become golden brown color.
Take it out after frying.
In cooker add 10 tsp Oil.
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, 2 tsp Garlic & Ginger.
Now add 1 bowl Chopped Tomato, 1 bowl Chopped Onion.
Let cook for 5 min. Until become soft.
Now add 2 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
Add 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder or Onion Garlic Masala.
Add 6 tsp Yogurt, some mint and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Cook until masala separate from oil.
Add Salt (as per taste) and some cashew nuts.
Now add 1 Big Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice and make layer.
Add 4 boiled egg and some mint and coriander leaves.
Add remaining 1 Big Bowl Cooked Basmati Rice and make layer.
After that fried onion flakes.
Now add some mint and coriander leaves.
Add some cashew nuts.
After that close the cooker and cook for 15-20 min. on low very flame.
